What does Fiddle-I-Fee mean?

My friend gave me a bunch of children's books. One of them is titled "Fiddle-I-Fee". In the book it says "Cat went fiddle-i-fee". Is "fiddle-i-fee" referring to sound? What does this mean? Thanks!

I asked my coworkers today. They thinks this question is so cute!!Actually "fiddle-i-fee" is more like a baby talk, a action with the sound. It does not have a solid meaning at all.
